Simon Ammann
Simon Ammann (SUI) is currently on the second place in the WC standings. After fighting Andreas Kofler (AUT) for this spot, he seems to have taken a lead and is very motivated.
His career is quite fantastic. Born on 25th June 1981, he entered the World Cup in 1997, at the age of 16. He is registered under the FIS code 2067 at SSC Toggenburg. After winning two gold medals in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah, Simon won another two gold medals in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver. Also, he won the 2009 summer Grand Prix and the 2010 World Cup. Summing up, he has 19 WC victories and still adding to those!
